Smokin’ Tom’s was born in a small kitchen in San Diego, CA. It started with a print-out Beer-Butt Chicken recipe that just wasn’t enough. 16 years ago Tom got creative, he started throwing in ingredients. Having barbecued since he was 10 years old cooking came as second nature.

Fast forward 16 years and you have the finished product. Years of tweaking the recipe, too spicy, too sweet, you name it, he tried it.

The business was established in early 2019. Tom works full time to make each bottle by hand, hand mixed, labeled and sealed in the same kitchen it all started in. When you purchase a bottle of Smokin’ Tom’s, you’re purchasing a man’s life work and legacy.
