Instructions
Preheat Grill to medium heat (about 375 degrees F)
Coat entire salmon fillet with olive oil. Generously sprinkle Smokin’ Tom’s BBQ Rub and black pepper over entire fillet.
Place on grill skin side down over indirect heat. Place lid on BBQ for about 6-8 minutes until skin starts to brown – Flip fillet and remove skin. Scrape dark colored fat from fillet – cook another 6 minutes – flip again, taking care not to break up fillet. Always keeping lid closed on BBQ – cook until fish flakes like a deck of cards.
